Didules' commissions information

This carrd aims at answering questions related to commissions, however if you still need answers on this topic, feel free to contact me via my social networks.Below you will find a couple of pictures showcasing what I am currently offering as a service, what I can or cannot do, as well as the worflow and terms of use of the service.

35€ one character (portrait/heashot)
+ 20€ per additional characters

Workflow and validations

- We agree on the commission, characters, pose, etc. I start with the sketch.
- 1st validation: I send you the sketch, you validate it (or not). At this stage you can ask for major changes (poses, etc).
- You send the payment, and I start adding colors, mood, shades, lighting.
- 2nd validation: you have a colored sketch with basic elements. At this stage, you can ask for colors changes here if needed, but no more big changes are possible.
- I paint and render everything
- 3rd validation: I'll show you a Screenshot of the finished result for validation (you can ask for minor modifications at this point, hue alteration, adding something I forgot like embroidery, tatoos, etc)
- Once I know it's all good with you I send you the final files : 1 high rez (high DPI high pxl) picture with no evident watermark + 1 lower rez (but still decent) picture with watermark

Terms and conditions

By commissionning me, you agree with the following terms and conditions :
- AI clause:
-- If you have generated your reference picture with AI, I am allowed to refuse the commission or to stop working with you. If any payment was made, it will be refunded.
-- You also renounce your right to modify the commissions with AI at any point in the future. You also renounce your right to generate AI pictures based on the commission.
-- As much as possible, you are responsible for protecting the artwork (disabling grok modification on Twitter, discouraging people from using genAI on it...), but you're not liable if the worst happens.
-- I am committed to not using generative AI at any step of your commission. If need be, I am able to showcase the raw files.
- Rights:
-- You have the right to expose the artwork thereafter (social networks, printing for yourself, showing it off in streams, putting it on your websites, etc), but you do not have commercial distribution/exploitation rights: you cannot monetize the artwork or make merch out of it.
-- You do not have modification rights: you cannot modify the illustration once all validation stages have been passed and you have received the artwork. The only modification allowed is resizing and cropping.
-- French Intellectual Property Rights apply: the integrity of the artwork must be respected and you cannot claim the artwork was made by you as it would infringe my right of attribution.
-- As such credits are highly appreciated when you use the non-watermarked artwork, but both artwork will contain my pseudonym to ensure the Right of Attribution is respected.
-- I'd recommend using the lower resolution artwork with watermark to share on social networks (to protect your illustration from theft and modification).
- Payment: it is 100% once the sketch is validated, via Paypal Friends & Family.
- Refund policy: No refunds shall be issued after the first validation stage unless force majeure renders me unable to complete your commissions. In such cases, you will then receive 100% refund through the same means you have paid.
- Conflic resolution:
-- In case conflicts cannot be solved through discussion or mediation and legal justice has to be involved, the relevant court of Justice is the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris and the relevant right is the Droit Français.
